is another important factor in achieving your dreams or goals, setting a goal (just like I said before ) is another thing achieving the goal another different thing, and to make your dreams to become a reality you need to be in full control of your mind, because you are like a factory and your mind is like the engine room were the energy/power and idea is supplied, the beautiful things we see today are all products of the mind, so be in control of your mind and achieve your goal.

3 Eliminating dream killers,

such as procrastination which is the number one dream killer a book I read called it "the thief of time". When ever you conceive an idea try taking some little actions in achieving it, don't say let me wait for the right time . yes there is something like right time but when you relaxe waiting for this right time it will surely pass you by . ideas don't come to be stored for future use because when you may want to utilize it, it may no longer be a new idea. "Excuses" also is another type of procrastination and a dream killer too, no wonder a wise saying says it will take you a longer time to explain why you didn't do the right thing than the time you needed to do it.so bro /sis do it now.

4 finally!Common sense

, People today often use their inability to attend a higher learning for as an excuse for their low class, hmm no, that doesn't work for me I don't believe in certificates again, if you are going to school just to get good grads get a good work and that's all* no change the mindset, go there to acquire knowledge or a good skill to be your own boss, not relying on certificate. bad news:chibok girls almost turning suicide bombers

One of the young women who
was arrested in Cameroon who
claims to be a Chibok girl had 12
kilogram of bombs with her.
The regional governor Midjiyawa
Bakari said that the second
would be suicide bomber also
wear a belt load of 12 kilos of explosives.
He said: “Two suicide bombers
were arrested by members of
Limani’s vigilance committee.
“Each of them was carrying 12
kilos of explosives and was
looking for a place to blow
themselves up during the Easter
weekend. at the time of questioning, one of them
said she was “one of the girls
kidnapped from Chibok girls in
Nigeria, but we are treating this
statement with caution,” the
governor stated adding that the
matter would be investigated.
“Such terrorists are
often drugged and can say
anything,” he added.
The two girls were taken for
investigation by the Cameroonian
force of the five-nation force set
up to fight Boko Haram that also
comprises Nigeria, Benin, Chad
and Niger.
The BringBackOurGirls (BBOG)
group has said that the supposed
suicide bomber is a victim
despite the situation.
The BBOG added that the claim
by the young girl should re-
awaken the Nigerian authorities
on the need to quickly rescue the
Chibok girls who will soon be
celebrating two years in
captivity.
“This development suggests that
we now have a possible source
of credible intelligence as to
what transpired, where the
others are, and other leads
required to facilitate their
rescue.
“Regardless of whether she is
one of our Chibok girls or not,
our thoughts and sentiments
remain the same.
“Using children, girls who should
be in school (or any humans at
all) as suicide bombers is not
only tragic and cruel, it is
completely reprehensible and we
denounce it;
“These children suicide bomber
are themselves victims, and
must be seen and treated as
such,” the group said in a
statement.
Presidential media aide Garba
Shehu has said that two parents
from Chibok selected to embark
on the trip to Cameroon to verify
the identity of thee girl are
Yakubu Nkeki, chairman of the
Chibok Abducted Girls
Movement, and Yana Galang, the
group’s women leader, whose
16-year-old daughter Rifkatu is
among the missing.
He said: “We hope that the
Chibok parents will be able to
identify the girl and determine
whether she is indeed one of
their missing students.”
276 schoolgirls were abducted
by the Boko Haram on April 14,
2014 as they were preparing for
end-of-year exams in the Chibok
town. This development caused
an international outrage.
Later 57 of girls managed to
escape within hours of the
attack, but there has been no
news about the remaining 219
still held in captivity.

In life everyone has his or her goal, which we are aiming to achieve at a particular point in time. But there is a particular thing I have noticed about some people,on the event of achieving their goals they are ever ready to hurt other people's feelings which is very bad, a book I read 'Why ask why 'says that one of the greatest investment one can make is trying to invest in others , being on the lookout for the opportunity to impact on others.try investing on others you don't know the way the lord has designed your destiny maybe who you helped is to help you, that same book also said that if your favorite world is 'I' then you are yet to start , even the creator himself is totally against selfish people , so if you only care about yourself and how you alone can achieve greatness, in any way (even in the cost of other people's life ) am so sorry to disappoint you, you are not going anyway.
Then another important fact is putting your God first in all you are doing, pray as if it all depends on praying and you will see changes, have an encounter with God, many people think they can make it by themselves but no.
Another one is doing the right thing at the right time, a wise man said that doing the right thing is doing it even when it seems no one is noticing you. sometimes our problem is not what we are to do but understanding what we are doing.

ACTIVITIES of the Over-The-Top (OTT) players in the Nigerian telecommunications market will be coming under checks any time soon. This is because the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) might soon marshal out a licensing regime through a regulatory framework for their operations in the country. OTT players are platforms that deliver audio, video, and other media over the Internet without the involvement of a multiple-system operator in the control or distribution of the content. OTT players include Facebook, Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, Blackberry Messenger (BBM) and WeChat, among others, are prime target in the impending regulation. These players operate over the networks, delivering value to customers, but without any carrier service provider being involved in planning, selling, provisioning or servicing them; thereby implying that traditional telecommunications operators cannot directly earn revenue from their activities. E xamining the evolution and development of OTT incursion into the telecommunications market, NCC, in a 23 page docu-ment t!tled: ‘An Overview of Provision of Over-The-Top (OTT) Services’ noted that the growing influence of these platforms posed apparent threats to the operation of traditional telephone networks such as MTN, Glo, Airtel, Etisalat and Visafone, among others. NCC listed OTT services to include services such as Internet Protocol (IP) telephony, live streaming and other social media applications. A lready, the Chairman and Founder Bharti Airtel, Sunnil Bharti-Mittal, has lent his voice to calls for checks on the operations of OTT players. Speaking to ETTelecoms.com, Bharti-Mittal said OTT companies must be subjected to the same rules governing telecommunications operators. “If you are subjecting telecoms operators to KYC, licence fees, it should be uniform. R egulators should allow the best technology to compete, and then the fourth industry revolution would have been created. The industry is as it were 10 years back, the OTT has seriously encroached on our services”, Bharti-Mittal stressed. Indeed, NCC noted that Internet telephony uses a broadband connection to transmit conversations as data packets, saying that “in addition to replacing the traditional Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) system, IP telephony was also competing with mobile phone networks by offering free or lower cost connections via WiFi hotspots. ” The commission explained that OTT is a service based on the Voice over IP communication protocol (VoIP), a disruptive technology that is rapidly gaining ground against traditional telephone network technologies, adding that the increase in uptake of mobile VoIP services provided by apps such as Google, Facebook, Skype, Viber and WhatsApp, among others, telecoms operators “face the risk of eroding revenues and profitability.” The report noted that “Many traditional telecommunications service providers are of the opinion that traditional telephony and SMS revenues are under threat from newer, IP based alternatives like WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, among others. Similarly, third party web content and social networking companies such as Google and Facebook are increasingly generating huge revenues and driving high levels of data traffic, which ride on the broadband networks of traditional telecom operators. “To further worsen this issue, the traditional operators still have to make significant investments in upgrading their networks to handle the increasing volume of data generated by the same providers of OTT services. “M ost traditional telephone network service providers, therefore, argue that unless there is a revenue flow to them from such services, they do not have an incentive to continue to maintain or upgrade the networks.” According to the report, while, to a large extent, this argument may be true, traditional telephone network providers need to start exploring more innovative and cost effective ways of competing with these OTT service providers. Unmasking the demons behind Rivers killings

The APC in Rivers state has accused
Governor Nyesom Wike of abandoning
all construction activities at all work
sites in the state.
The harvest of deaths
Like a gory tale from a horror movie,
unidentified gunmen on Thursday
morning, March 17, laid siege on
Mgbuitanwo, in Emohua Clan, Emohua
local government area of Rivers state,
the home country of the senatorial
candidate of the All Progressives
Congress (APC) in this
Saturday’s rerun elections, Chief
Andrew Uchendu, and beheaded a 28-
year-old man identified as Mr.
Ukeoma.
The victim was shot before he was
decapitated by the unknown gunmen,
who attacked the community at about
5:30am in the morning.
As if that was not enough, the political
thugs abducted another resident,
leaving behind a trail of blood and
terror.
In a similar development, The Nation
on March 07, 2016, reported of how
masked gunmen beheaded a chieftain
of the APC, Franklin Obi, and killed his
wife and 18-year-old son, Bestman.
In what has become a pattern in the
state the gunmen after shooting
Franklin dead, severed his head and
took it away.
The killings took place at Omoku,
headquarters of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni
local government, hometown of the
state chairman of the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Felix
Obuah.
Until his murder at his home on
Rutachi Street in Omoku, Obi was the
APC’s chairman of Ward 4, the same
ward with Obuah.
In Omoku alone last month, 25 persons
were killed, with many of them
beheaded by blood thirsty bigots,
while security agencies embarked on
their endless investigations which
usually lead nowhere.
Why Gov Wike is suspect
Rivers state has gained notoriety for
being a political blood thirsty state, in
the run-up to the 2015 presidential
and the governorship elections in
state, over than 100 innocent people
were reportedly killed.
After the Supreme Court victory of
Governor Nyesom Wike, the killings
resumed and heightened in the weeks
leading to the March 19, 2016 Rivers
state rerun into the National Assembly
and state House of Assembly.
The APC has accused the PDP-led
Rivers government of sponsoring and
stoking violence against its members.
This accusation follows from the fact
that most of the victims of the
gruesome killings are those with
political leanings to the APC.
However, the state government has
explained away the recent killing as a
supremacy battle among rival cult
gangs. It also described attempts to
link the state government to the
killings in the state as “shameless
and irresponsible”.
But narrative the state government is
in sharp contrast to happenings in
Rivers which appear to indict
Governor Nyesom Wike of fueling
political violence.
Recently Nyesom Wike at the grand
finale of the PDP campaign rally held
at Ikwerre local government area
ahead of the re-run legislative
elections this Saturday, March 19,
instructed voters to beat-up the
minister of transport, Rotimi
Amaechi if he ( Amaechi) is seen
moving around
In his words: “We know their plans.
They have arranged how to swap
original results on that day. They want
to do it Amina Zakari. Tell them we
have passed that stage. Is this how
Nigeria wants to change? We heard
Amaechi will be moving from polling
booth to polling booth. Let him try it. I
will show him that I am the Governor
of Rivers State. I challenge him to
move around. If he dares come to
anybody’s polling booth and you see
him, beat him thoroughly.”
It beats my imagination that such
words could come from the mouth of
Governor Nyesom Wike, a sitting
governor of a state. If he could urge
such orgy of violence in public against
a current minister of the federal
republic of Nigeria, then one wonders
what he would do to common APC
members in the state.
As the chief security officer of the
state, Wike cannot exonerate himself
from the current assault on APC
members in the state.
From facts on ground, the PDP-led
River state government is either guilty
of sponsoring violence against APC
members in the state or utterances
credited to the governor ahead of the
upcoming rerun in the have turned the
state into a killing field.
Even though President Muhammadu
Buhari has condemned the political
violence in Rivers state and promised
to deal decisively with all sponsors of
violence, his reactions to the killings
should not stop at that.
SOS to the federal government
The Federal Government needs to do
something by safe guarding the lives
of APC members in the state and fish
out the blood thirsty hoodlums
responsible for the killings to forestall
future recurrences.
It is a shame to allow a part of Nigeria
to degenerate into a banana republic
where targeted killings are used to
settle political scores.
As for the feeble innocence Wike is
claiming, I believe it is easier for a
Carmel to pass through the eyes of a
needle than for Wike to exonerate
himself from the River bloodbath. Do

The political arena in Rivers state is thickening as the March 19 legislative rerun elections takes centre stage today, March 19.

The election will see key political
figures in the state slog it out for a
place at the National Assembly and
state House of Representatives.
Hours to the rerun elections, tension
has been at high degrees. But security
has been heightened as only just on
Thursday, the Nigerian Army lost two
of its men in a shootout with hoodlums
in Abonemma area of the state.
However, all appears set for the
exercise as all sensitive materials for
the polls have been delivered at the
state headquarters of the Independent
National Electoral Commission (INEC)
in Port Harcourt.
Sorting and distribution have been
done at the different senatorial zones
and constituencies in all 23 local
government areas in the state and
the INEC has recruited the services of
24,930 adhoc staff, 379 collation
officers and 37 returning officers for
the elections.
The rerun legislative election will be
held in the three Senatorial Districts,
12 House of Representatives Seats
and 22 of the 32 state assembly seats.
Accreditation and voting will take
place simultaneously from 8am-2pm
while collation of results at the polling
unit will commence when the last
voter on the queue has voted.
