A problem affecting both the young and the old

_{There is one particular problem I have noticed affecting both the young people and even the old, and this problem is mainly found within the average people, it's a type of negative mindset that has eaten deep into the life of many, taking their mind off struggling for success, this is a very big problem and people needs to stop it. THIS PROBLEM IS THAT PEOPLE ALWAYS THINK THERE'S A NEGATIVE INFLUENCE/POWER BEHIND EVERY SUCCESSFUL MAN. either he is a ritualist or that he is engaged in any negative act. seriously I see this as a problem, because your mind will continue telling you, there's no success in life unless one engages himself or herself in any negative activity. which is totally wrong, this has made people remain below their level, because they settle for less, this problem has to be solved, and in order to solve it, we have to understand that no matter what stands behind a man's success, there is nothing to replace BURNING DESIRE/DETERMINATION, HARD WORK, SETTING OF GOALS,ETC. we all have our own destiny, our own future, so we are totally different what worked for another may not work for you or it may work for you in a different way and time.as for me I don't bother about whatever that's behind your success, what matters to me is that motivating story you tell, that keeps me going. And what even bothers me the more is that those affected with this problem, they are not born again (saved by Jesus ) , they are not into anything, they are just there whirling away there time, settling for less instead of going for more(that is in them) because of this many has lost their potentials and the gift deposited in them. too bad, please my people lets try looking at the positive part of things, if you are of christ, pray as if it all depends on praying and work hard as if it also depends on hard work, even God himself will not be happy if you are in the middle of everything, setting for less when he has given you the power to achieve more.}

_{This particular solution is just what one needs sometimes to solve his/her problem, but people always neglect it and jump into looking for other solutions, and this is much more common among us the youths and teenagers. we rush into solving problems even without trying to understand it in particular. So what am I saying? the number one solution or should I say step to solve a problem is actually UNDERSTANDING IT .no matter how good, brilliant, wise, smart, etc you are, the very first thing you most do to solve your problem is to understand it, very important. in all aspect of life. okay, let's us look into some few of the .}

_{1st ACADEMICALLY}

_{In the part of academics, first exam, when you are given a question or a problem to solve, may be lets take for instance maths, and you fall to understand the question in particular, first you will never find the formula (solution) to solve it, even if you do, it will take you much time, and you will be making too many mistakes, and at the end you will find out you answered few questions because you wested your time in one, plus all the headache that will be added to it. so you can see the disadvantages, okay, so people may be having problems in school, maybe they find it difficult to crap things they are been thought in school, instead of trying to know or understand the problem, he or she will start believing that someone is maybe spiritually behind it. wrong! the problem maybe due to your lack of seriousness back in your early school days. okay. lets us also use maths which this type of problem is commonly found, so lets go on, if in your junior secondary, you were then unserious and you always miss class, due to that there are some steps you missed which you never covered, when you meet problems which needs you to make use of that step you can't, and that's your problem. so you see? going through education is like one filling holes, or pits, and I bet you anyone you miss, one day you must surely come back to fill it.so when you have problems in your academic life, try to reflect on your past very important.}

_{IN TERMS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER ASPECTS OF LIFE}

_{Some people have problems in their business today because of their past mistakes, but that's not the issue here, the thing is that man has lost all hope, due to them trying to solve the problems even without understanding it, there by looking for solutions in the wrong place .}

<sub>In life problems come in different ways and sometimes, that same problem you solved sometime ago, may still be the one repeating itself again, but if you don't understand it, you go on the wrong way and when you do, the problem may now multiply .just like in school,teachers may repeat a question they have asked you before but in a different way. all you need here is understand it and use that same step you applied before in the first one and solve this one.my word of advice is "understand a problem,then look for the right solution to it" problems don't come to be, but if you let it go without solving it, it comes back with many others. and also it does not come to leave you the way you are before but to leave you better or worst. which depends on how you solved it, and you solving it with the best solution depends on, if you understand it.or will I say how you understand it.

Someone failed you okay fine, you die because of that? no! my friend prove to that person,that you are strong and can never be disappointed, infact make him or her or them to regret ever disappointing you, not by trying to avenge or do anything stupid, just put yourself together, be strong, pay them back with your story of success, maybe you were underestimated by friends, prove to them you have passed that level, by becoming successful in life. or maybe your friend snatched your girlfriend or boyfriend from you, or your friend left you for someone else, become successful (maybe in your next relationship or in life ) and make them come back begging, but please don't have revenge in your mind but just let it motivate you to do more and not weigh you down. This is why say to everyone, think positive, because you can be advised through insults, yes! am the one saying it, but you can only notice it when you have a positive mindset, so what am trying to say is if people say bad words to you, (in every nonsense there is a sense) trust me that's the truth, check for the motivating words he or she has said to you without even noticing it (*the person insulting you*)and make use of it then come back later say "thank you" to the person. am not going to say much on this but the thing is}

Unity bank sacks staffs ... see reason

Unity Bank Plc, yesterday sacked not less than 215 of its employees as part of its reengineering strategy for greater performance. According to information gathered from sources close to the bank, the workers were sacked for their inability to cope with the new ideas and strategy of the institution.

The bank is said to have made significant strides in its repositioning drive with the attraction of specialist skills to its workforce since the relocation of its head office from Abuja to Lagos in sync with its plan to grow market share in viable clusters of the retail market.

A source close to the bank said the new focus of the bank’s business has led to significant enhancement of human capital in its various business units. This is with a view to injecting fresh ideas, initiatives and energies to strengthen the various departments of the bank with capabilities to pursue the attainment of strategic business focus in the Agricultural financing, retail/SMEs and development of rural economy.

According to the source ” About 200 new hires were said to have been recruited by the Bank to drive the transformation initiative began by the Management in the last one year while about 100 other staff were said to have been promoted recently. Meanwhile, some members of staff numbering about 215 have been allowed to go in an exercise that will enable the Bank realign its operation to pursue its long term growth strategy. However the affected staff were said to have exercised the option to resign while Management has approved severance package in line with the bank’s policy.”

Commenting on this development, industry source asserted that the exercise carried out by the bank was part of the hard choices that forward-looking organisations desiring optimum performance had to take from time to time to enable it deliver consistently on shareholders expectations.

When you nurture and prepare your mind for success good ideas Starts flowing in. Remember even the Bible says "the way a man thinks so he is" so be careful of what you think everyday.

Ok now we are looking for change(Nigeria, in fact the whole world at large) ,but we still have the same mind set we had ten(10)years ago, and we are still at the same level, why not change that which is not working nah! Now this brings me to other sub topic.

my brother if the position you are now or level is not your dream or your supposed position or level, you need change but before you get the change, you have to change every thing about you (mostly your mind) it's important ,be different from the person you where known as before.

Then you will see change in your life. Life can not be estimated but old age and all others has their time and when they come that is it, you are done, so what am I saying? Do it now don't keep saying I will, I will,(procrastination- that is one of the most dangerous dream killers)now is the time control your mind,think wise, change the old useless thoughts.

And you will see change because you have already changed. with these and a good entrepreneurship skills you are good to go.

I have really thought about this for sometime now ,after few research ,I decided to share this with my readers, do you know you can still get good traffic from Facebook with out placing an ad? Yes is the answer, but we are going to solve it mathematically

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

The mean reason why I love this, it's not too lengthy to read,understand, and apply. So here is the secret

1st

Search for free ad pages on Facebook, you will see pages that are free to post with likes up to 300+, don't just drop your URL there and wait for someone to visit, yes ,maybe someone may some how give you a click, but know that the visitor is not sure of what he/she is going to see, so if there is any obstacles(network problems) the visitor may just quite trying to visit, but if , you put a little descriptions about your url(your blog,or site,etc) or you can post a link to a particular article in your blog or site (remember to add something about the article) with this you are sure to have many visitors that are coming with Something in their mind, so if your content is good then you are sure of seeing them again.

SECOND.

Facebook group is another means of getting a Facebook add, now many group has at least 3to400+ members , so if you have joined up to 20+.with each group having at least 100 to 150+ active ,so now multiply by 20, that should be (for 100 is that is 2000, for 150 is 3000. Now with this you have an estimated 2 to 3000+ people to share your blog with.

Now when ever you post an article in your blog,( good and useful one, joke, sports, news,entertainment gist,mp3 or mp4 download, motivational and inspirational, entrepreneurship,tech or any empowerment articles etc.) That must catch someone's fancy, then share it immediately after publishing from your site or blog ( if you can't share from your blog or site just copy the url, ) pest it first on your Wall or page(with good description and attracting image,) then my dear reader start sharing to all this groups , at least from this 2000 or 3000 you Get up to 4 to 500 visitors for any good content.

So the more group, and more share the more visitors.
NOTE: not all that like or comment will visit and not all that did not comment or like will not visit.

NOTE also using page will give you more gain, page like and visit and also the reached will also help you estimate. Try it!!! You can still try other networks .

some people really finds it difficult to share, but remember that though you place ad when you add to the ones you have already. For those who don't have enough to place ad, just try this. Also try joining as much social media as possible and also share with them. Also include a share button for your readers ,email sub etc.
